In 2025, the Kolajna ljubavi Association continued to diligently and systematically implement activities aimed at preventing food waste, reaffirming its long-standing commitment to responsible resource management and social solidarity.

As a proud signatory of the Voluntary Agreement on Food Waste Prevention “Together Against Food Waste” alongside numerous partners from the public, private, and civil sectors, we actively contribute to building a more sustainable food management system in the Republic of Croatia.

Our annual report on implemented activities was approved and adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, further confirming the quality and relevance of our work. We are especially proud of the tangible results achieved through efficient management of donated food, particularly through the work of the Social Self-Service Shop Imotski, where we support those most in need on a daily basis while simultaneously reducing food waste.

In addition to our operational work, a significant part of our activities is dedicated to education and raising awareness. We regularly publish educational content through our communication channels and conduct workshops and educational programs with children and young people, with the aim of fostering a responsible attitude toward food and the environment from an early age.

We firmly believe that real change is possible through collaboration, education, and concrete action. With the same dedication, we will continue to build a society in which food is valued and waste is minimized.
